The Wall-Series is the brainchild of Dr. Tamara Rial, creative director of Low Pressure Fitness.
Designed to be performed entirely on a wall, it is the most advanced and exquisite generation of Low Pressure Fitness exercises.
The integration and learning of the LPF Wall exercises will reduce the body load while decreasing the physical strain during training. On the other hand, if you want to increase the technical and physiological difficulty of Low Pressure Fitness exercises, the Wall-Series will be your ideal routine. It helps to adjust posture, facilitate the learning of level 1, 2 and 3 exercises and challenge technical perfection.

Pre-requisite training required (completed Level 3 of basic courses or LPF certified)
Important: Course schedule is 9.00am – 4.00pm Saturday (Dec2) and 9.00a-4:00pm Sunday (Dec 3) with a lunch break. Course certificate will be awarded upon completion of course and participant will have the distinction of being LPF wall series trained

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 2 weeks prior to course will receive a refund less $100 administrative fee. Late cancellations will be credited to attend a future course. If course is cancelled, tuition will be refunded in full
